Do not trust this company to do any work on your home. I had the worst experience ever. Thought I would go with a company that was well known to install an hvac system in my home. The price was a little high but I still had them do it. They took longer to do the job plus the install was done by 2 kids and a man that didn't seem to know what they were doing. They damaged my roof, wall inside my house and didn't finish the work they were hired to do. I had to hire a different company to come out and fix all their mess ups. The sales man Jude never reached out to me after the sale was done. Sky the manager wanted more money to fix the problems. I never right reviews but after this experience I wanted to warn people so they don't run into the same situation I had.

Elijah, electrician, is such a personable young man. He introduced himself, kept me informed throughout the process, walked me through the tests to confirm systems were up and running, and provided Signature contact information. Very professional.

We are posting this review post-installation of 3 new heater/AC units because of non-responsiveness to items that have yet to be completed, and some less-than ideal finishing work. The Good: We’ve used Signature for heating/cooling/plumbing maintenance for some time now, and have been very happy with that work. Therefore, we opted to go with them to convert our three-unit heating & cooling system. The OK: The job was estimated at 3 days, and that is what it took. The issues: 1. Removal of the laundry evap cooler vent left big holes in the laundry room floor, ceiling and roof. The crew made a floor patch was done with a thin piece of sheet metal on the floor (could not bear weight), and the roof opening was patched with a piece of rubber held down by only two nails, with no insulation in the gap. We were left with a large hole (about 18” square) in the ceiling with the metal vent still in place (Photo). 2. The TV room wall intake vent cover was taken by a supervisor and a taped together filter put in with no cover (Photo). We were told the new grill and filter would be delivered in a week. It’s now been 3 months with no delivery. We have called about this and told it would be fixed. Still waiting. 3. New lines had to be run through the roof for the AC units. The holes were caulked around 270 degrees, leaving a gap that would let water in during rains. Likewise, one of the original vents that had to be closed was only partially caulked. 4. One driveway light fixture was smashed, replacement cost about $150. We have been told several times we’d be reimbursed for the light fixture. It’s now been almost 3 months. When we contact them, we’re told someone will get back to us “today” - which hasn’t happened yet. 5. On the laundry room unit, wiring to the wall fixture had short pieces of exposed bare wires (Photo), which we covered with electrician’s tape. 6. The propane gas lines (Photo) were run as shown. The inspector said that was OK, but he would have preferred they been rerouted along the wall. We will have to get that done at some point since it is a tripping hazard, as well as a potential safety hazard. We had to hire our own contractor to come in to repair the holes in the laundry room floor, ceiling, and the roof. We are still waiting to be reimbursed for the driveway light that was broken. One would have expected for a job this size for the quality of work to be much higher, and the customer rep (Eric) and his manager (Robert) would be very responsive to finishing the job satisfactorily. We are still waiting for the several times promised phone calls and job completion.

Mike Lopez is amazing. He work’s incredibly hard while still being so personable and kind. He explained things very clearly. I don’t want another plumbing issue but if I do, I want Mike to come help. Thank you Mike and Signature Plumbing!

I have used Signature commercially and was very happy with their service. This is the first time I've used them personally and I'm still very happy with their service. The technician, Freddy R, showed up as scheduled (2025.03.05), was friendly, talked me through all my options and then performed the work efficiently. He left the work area spotless! When today's job was completed, I also had him look at another problem area. He did the research necessary and quickly gave me another estimate. He's scheduled to return tomorrow (2025.03.06) to complete my second request. Easy scheduling and great service! In addition, we had a nice conversation about his kids and a recent trip he'd taken. 10 stars!!

I recently had a furnace and air conditioning system installed by Signature, and I couldn't be happier with the experience! From start to finish, the team (Allen, Nathan and Jason) was professional, knowledgeable, and attentive to my needs. The initial consultation with Adrian was thorough, and they took the time to explain all my options. Their expertise made it easy to choose the right systems for my home. On installation day, the crew arrived on time and worked efficiently without compromising quality. They answered all my questions and took care to minimize any disruptions in my home. The new furnace and AC unit are performing beautifully! I've already noticed a significant difference in both comfort and energy efficiency. Plus, the entire process was very reasonably priced for the quality of work provided. I highly recommend Signature Heating to anyone in need of HVAC installation. They truly exceeded my expectations!

Great experience! This economy is rough, so if you’re going to pay top dollar for work, at least you’re getting top quality! We got a great system with fantastic work done by Alfredo & his team! I’m so happy when professionals are actually professional! We reached out on Monday, & our excellent serviceman Richard was there within a couple of hours. Ryan, our sales rep was honest & down-to-Earth. Our system was replaced by Friday, & all is well again. Thank you for making this as painless as possible. UPDATE: A week after install, I received a “Thank for Your Business” card, & a nice lunchbox full of delicious cookies! THESE GUYS KNOW WHAT THEY’RE DOING! 👏🏼 Also, FREE air filters for life. Thanks!

Not only was this place the best price, but it was also by far the most professional place that I was looking to work with. When Elijah B Tony and Nate did the installation, they were extremely professional and made the process very easy. They were also extremely thorough after the installation. When Ryan initially did the quote, he provided great background on the company and the employees that they hire. When Brian did the walk-through after the installation, he also provided more insight and was also extremely professional. The quality of the furnace and the AC unit is top notch. I will be recommending this company to all my friends and family. Cannot wait to keep working with them throughout my life.
